TikTok Shop in the EU: what cosmetics sellers need before listing

TikTok Shop opened in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland on 15 June 2026. Cosmetics listings need a CPNP notification, a CPSR and an EU Responsible Person under Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 — Eldris prepares the CPSR and PIF for £195 per formula, delivered in 5–10 working days after complete documents. The EU Responsible Person is £195 per market, then from £19.95 a month; with Eldris as Responsible Person, CPNP filing is £99 per CPSR.
