Regulatory Framework
All Eldris Cosmetics services operate within the framework of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, which governs the safety, labelling, notification, and market surveillance of all cosmetic products sold within the European Union.
Key regulatory requirements we address include: the mandatory CPSR under Article 10, the Product Information File under Article 11, CPNP notification under Article 13, and EU Responsible Person designation under Article 4.
The Responsible Person is a separate legal requirement from the CPSR and PIF. Eldris provides it as the EU & UK Responsible Person service: £195 per market, one-off, then from £19.95 a month.
